Northwest Senior Living Training and Consulting was established in 2023. Owner and Operator, Allison Lally identified a significant need for Senior Living Communities across Washington state to obtain assistance with their new hire training and compliance with DSHS regulations. This company is designed to support your communities with Orientation and Safety, HCA Training, Mental Health Training, Dementia Training and Continuing Education. Allison has a unique and significant background in Senior Living which can provide insight and support to your organization not only in training but also in consulting.

Allison’s family was one of the first to pioneer convalescent care in the Seattle area starting in the 1960s. This quickly grew to a family business of skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living and adult family homes which were owned and operated by Allison’s family for over 55 years.

Allison left the family business in 2014 to pursue independent experience.

In addition to her family operation, Allison has been Executive Director and an Operations Specialist for various organizations and worked in multiple states. From 2021-2023, Allison worked specifically on WA State Training where her idea of Northwest Senior Living Training and Consulting was conceived. Her unique background as Executive Director assists her in identifying the DSHS requirements and demonstrating the importance of meaningful training to your employees.
